This adorable little Red Panda makes a great baby quilt, or with the 3 sizes you can make it for an older panda fan. The red panda is novel creature for a forest room, if you want something different than foxes and raccoons, and neutral for both baby boys or girls.
The pattern is simple made in my stripped and pieced quilting method. In this case cutting 2 sizes of strips, then cross cutting those into rectangular pieces, and shaping with quick corner half square triangles. Then following a full page color labeled image of the panda, sewing piece to piece, row by row.
The pattern image is scaled to 3 sizes: 36x42 with additional 24x28 and 48x56. Adding borders gives you even more flexibility on size.
